The Media Center includes more than 1200 titles, many with educator guides, on topics from Antisemitism to Zionism.

The Media Center will continue to rent videos to schools who have existing accounts. When you contact us for a rental, please know in advance which video you would like to rent. You can browse our catalog and make your choice based on the description of the item.

Membership:

• Only non-profit organizations are eligible for membership.
• A tax -exempt ID form must be on file before any items will be released.
• A signed borrower agreement must be on file with BJENY before any items will be released.

Rentals:

• $10.00 rental fee + minimum $5.00 S&H fee
• Reserve Items by phone, email or in person
• 14-day rental period
• A maximum of 10 item may be on loan at any given time
• Items will not be released until all outstanding fees have been paid
• Preview Items at the BJE Media Center free of charge

Pick Up and Return:

• Return Items in person, via UPS or priority mail; insure Items for amounts designated on confirmation slips

In Case of Loss or Damage:

• Your institution is responsible for all materials from date of delivery until date of receipt.
• To avoid paying replacement charges, remember to insure all returns.
• All Items are inspected at the Media Center after each use. Your institution is responsible for all lost and damaged videotapes.

Cancellations:

• If changes or cancellations are made after materials have been shipped, rental fees will remain in effect.

Late Fees:

• $5.00 per week
• Fees are calculated starting one day after due date listed on invoice.

Note: Show Items only at the scheduled location and date. Written permission from the Media Center and the distributor is required for materials used on the air, cable television, screenings in commercial theaters, and when charging admission. Items licensed for home viewing may not be used for "Public Performance" except in "Face-to-Face Teaching" exemption as defined by copyright law.
